What are your shipping options?

Once your order has been received, it will arrive within 4-8 business days depending on which shipping option you choose. Delivery time is based on the selected option:

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping services. The goods will be delivered to your home. You just need to wait at home for them to arrive!





What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we understand that it is sometimes necessary to return an item. You may return item(s) purchased on xichaoshop.com within 30 days of purchase for a refund or replacement. Merchandise must be in unused, like-new condition. All refunds will be processed within seven (7) business days of receiving the returned item at our warehouse. Timing of credit to your account will vary based on your financial institution. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.





Xichao is not responsible for loss of product during freight to the Xichao facility. If you need the return service, please contact us!

How long does it take to process my order?
We are working as quickly as we can on your order. It will take between 1-3 days to process your order depending on volumn.

Warranty

Where do I submit a warranty claim?

How long does it take to process a claim?

Warranty claims are answered in the order they come in. Our consumer experience team aims to respond to claims within 25-30 business days. If the item is out of stock or discontinued it may take additional time.





Do I need to send my defective item into the factory?

At this time, you do not need to send items into the factory unless told to do so. This will likely only happen in the case of a custom item, or when a repair is authorized.





My product was lost or stolen. Will you replace it?

No, stolen or lost products are not covered under warranty. Xichao's warranty covers material and manufacturing defects.







Is my Customized item covered under warranty?

Yes, like all Xichao products, customized items are covered under the Xichao Guarantee.





What if the item I am hoping to replace is discontinued?

If the replacement item is discontinued, you will be given the option for a similar item as replacement or store credit to xichaoshop.com.
